34,000 NABCO beneficiaries left for permanent jobs-Bawumia

Vice-President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has expressed admiration for the Nation Builders Corps (NABCo) initiative, highlighting its outstanding accomplishment of placing 34,000 beneficiaries in long-term jobs.

He underlined that this achievement shows the government’s dedication to tackling unemployment and empowering Ghanaian youth.

Speaking to the media on Sunday, August 25, Dr. Bawumia discussed how NABCo was founded in 2018 with the goal of giving 100,000 recent graduates temporary work in a variety of industries.

He stated that beneficiaries of the program had benefited from invaluable job experience and skill development, exceeding program expectations in success.

As he campaigns for president, Dr. Bawumia praises NABCo and highlights the advancements his administration has made in youth employment and development.

He emphasized the program’s ability to lower unemployment, improve employability, and stimulate the economy.

Dr. Bawumia did, however, recognize the difficulties beneficiaries experienced, including as delayed allowance payments.
