Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi, the MP for Anyaa Sowutuom, is urging Ghanaians to express gratitude to President Akufo-Addo’s administration for what it has done so far in spite of the country’s current economic difficulties.
According to him, when he hears some Ghanaians criticizing the way the current administration is running the country’s economy, he feels sad, “Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi told Kwaku Owusu Adjei(Patoo) on Adwenepa on Accra-based Original TV.
“If you were patient for the economy to be mismanaged and even paralyzed for eight years, why won’t you be patient for the economy to be fixed? “, he added.
“Ghanaians should not lose hope they should support the government because very soon things are going to change about our economy, ” he added.
Dr. Dickson Adomako Kissi said the country’s economy was in a bad state under the erstwhile John Mahama’s administration, but said the economy is now recovering because it is being managed by a competent. administration.
He, however, said the situation is changing because Ghanaians no longer call their homes after closing from work to find out whether there is power as was the case under the previous administration.
He added that the Akufo-Addo administration has worked hard by restoring fiscal discipline, saying the economic indicators which pointed to negative are now indicating positive signs.
