The Kasoa-Winneba Road Project is progressing steadily. The contractors have given the strong indications that major sections of the road will be substantially completed and opened to traffic before the end of 2024.
To achieve this, the contractors have introduced day and night working schedules.
These were disclosed when Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye inspected the project as part of a working visit to the Central Region to inspect ongoing road projects as well as assess the conditions of some critical road infrastructure.
Hon. Asenso-Boakye welcomed the news and noted that, opening major sections of the road to traffic before the Christmas festivities will drastically ease the plight of Ghanaians who have to endure heavy vehicular traffic on that stretch.
