A VIP bus traveling from Kumasi to Enchi in the Western North Region went off the road and fell into a ditch in Kwapia, near Obuasi, in a sad accident that happened at daybreak on Monday, October 14, 2024.
According to police sources, the accident claimed the lives of 13 persons, including seven men, five women, and a child who were all on board the bus.
According to reports, every passenger who perished at the site, with the exception of one, passed away instantly.
