Asante Kotoko suffered a surprising 1-0 defeat against Heart of Lions at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
The only goal of the match was scored in the 27th minute when Kwadwo Obeng Jnr capitalized on a poor clearance by goalkeeper Mohamed Camara, slotting the ball into an empty net.
Berekum Chelsea scored late to draw 2-2 against Basake Holy Stars at the Golden City Park. Emmanuel Sarpong put Chelsea ahead in the dying moments of the first half, but Holy Stars turned the match around by the 80th minute with goals from Stephen Awuah and Baffour Daouda Ben Sidibe.

Nsoatreman and Bechem United played a 2-2 draw. Abdul Rahman put Nsoatreman ahead in the 13th minute, but Emmanuel Abban equalized in the 51st minute. An own goal by Emmanuel Ankrah then gave Bechem United the lead. However, with just 7 minutes remaining, Collins Cudjoe scored to make it 2-2, earning Nsoatreman a point.
At the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex, Vision FC and Aduana Stars played out a pulsating scoreless draw. Aduana played the final minutes of the game with 10-man after Sam Adams was shown a second yellow.
On Friday, second-half goals from Kwabena Boateng and Mawuli Wayo led Hearts of Oak to a 2-0 victory over Medeama at Tarkwa TNA Park.
