Mahama’s office reacts to premature Ministerial appointments

John Dramani Mahama’s office has denied rumors regarding alleged appointment lists that have been making the rounds on social media.

This comes after purported lists of appointees ascribed to the president-elect went viral.

The office referred to these lists as “false and unauthorised” in a statement signed by Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Special Aide to the President-Elect.

The statement also urged the public to ignore such reports and clarified that no formal nominations or appointments have been made.

“We urge all to refrain from spreading unverified information and to rely on official communications from our office,” part of the statement read.

It emphasized how crucial it is to get accurate information only from confirmed communications from the Office of the President-Elect.
