The cities of Accra and Chattanooga in the United States have signed a sister-city agreement to foster international cooperation.
The agreement, which was signed today at Accra City Hall virtually, saw the attendance of city officials, local dignitaries, businessmen and women from the informal sector, and traditional authorities.
The agreement solidifies the partnership between the two cities, aiming to promote collaboration in areas such as economic development, cultural exchange, education, environmental initiatives, and tourism, among others.
