President Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed former Deputy attorney General Joseph Dindiok Kpemka as the Deputy Managing Director of Bulk Energy Storage and Transportation Limited Company (BOST).
The Secretary of the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante, instructed the Minister of Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, in a letter to take the appropriate actions to formally announce the appointment in compliance with the company’s charter and the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 929).
Mr. Kpemka previously held the position of Member of Parliament for the Upper East region’s Tempane. He defeated David Adakudugu, the candidate for the National Democratic Congress, in the 2016 parliamentary election, getting 13,363 votes.
In the first term of Mr. Akufo-Addo, he served as a deputy minister.
