The NDC parliamentary candidate for the Garu constituency Dr Thomas Winsum Anabah has chastised the electoral over numerous misconduct especially the wrong transfer of voters from the Nothern region to Pusiga.
Dr Anabah made the statement at Bolgatanga during a nationwide demonstration by the NDC dubbed “Enough Is Enough “.
“We demand forensic audit of the electoral register. The electoral commission has failed Ghanaians. An example is the wrong transfer of voters from the Nothern region to the Upper East Region. Something must be done now to prevent disturbances in the December elections” Dr Anabah reiterated.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) protest against the Electoral Commission (EC) is set to come off today, September 17.
The leadership of the NDC ordered all its regional offices to protest after raising concerns over alleged discrepancies in the 2024 voter register.
