The president’s action follows days after New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia claimed that GRA was taxing businesses unfairly because of unachievable goals.

Dr. Anthony Oteng-Gyasi presided over the disbanded GRA Board, which was also composed of Mr. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah, Madam Adelaide Ahwireng, Prof. Peter Ohene Kyei, Mr. Kwabena Boaten, Mrs. Dela Obeng-Sakyi, Dr. Maxwell Opoku-Afari, and Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah-Adjei.
