Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, the Minister of Education, has said that the government will start hiring a small number of teachers for Senior High Schools.
The Minister announced on Facebook on July 30 that the hiring process will start the following week.
He advised prospective educators to keep an eye out for information on the application process and the areas of concentration for the hiring process.
“I’m pleased to announce that a limited recruitment drive for high school teachers will commence next week.
“Stay tuned for more details on how to apply and the specific areas of focus for this recruitment,” he announced.
The statement follows the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) announcement on Monday, August 5, 2024, about the recruitment of 15, 200 nurses and midwives.
