Shortly after being released from the hospital, movie star Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, was arrested into custody by police at the Manhyia Divisional Police Command’s Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD).
A recent collision involving the car he was driving, which claimed the life of a three-year-old boy, is connected to his arrest.
The relatives of the dead became more vocal in their demands for justice after the horrible incident.
Police said that Lil Win’s health condition caused delays in his arrest.
Once medical staff had released him, he was arrested and put into custody right away at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where a police car was parked.
While inquiries into the event are ongoing, the actor was taken to the Manhyia Divisional Police Command of the MTTD, though the police have not released any other information.
