Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama is expected to start his campaign for the 2024 elections tomorrow in the Upper East Region.
This comes barely a week after the party launched their campaign in Tamale on Saturday.
The leader of the major Ghanaian opposition party is expected to tour and reach out to some major communities and areas in order to canvas votes for the NDC in the December 2024 elections.
The Upper East Region have given the NDC a major boost in previous elections with the NDC capturing 14 constituencies out of 15 constituencies. The Binduri was the only constituency the fell for the NPP in the previous elections only in parliamentary votes.
The former president is expected to have a four day outreach program in the Region before leaving to continue in other regions.
