Abeiku Santana, a well-known media personality and tourism advocate, has been appointed as Ghana Tourism Authority’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
His appointment is part of the government’s efforts to strengthen the tourism industry and position Ghana as a premier destination for both domestic and international visitors.
Abeiku Santana, also known as Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey in private, has been a vocal supporter of Ghana’s tourism development, promoting the country’s rich cultural heritage, festivals, and hospitality industry through his platform as a broadcaster and entrepreneur.
His appointment is in line with President John Dramani Mahama’s vision to grow Ghana’s tourism industry, create jobs, and attract more investment.
As Deputy CEO, Abeiku Santana is expected to lead innovative tourism campaigns, strengthen stakeholder collaborations, and increase Ghana’s global tourism appeal.
