The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), H.E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has on May 15 2024, continued his ongoing nationwide community outreach in the Savannah Region.
He has met with the traditional rulers, Imams, clergy, the youth and people from all walks of life in the region, where he shared his vision with them. Dr. Bawumia has had fruitful discussions with them on their concerns and has as well welcomed their suggestions.
Dr. Bawumia has noted that, the reception he received from the people of the Savannah Region is not different from what he has received from all the regions he has been to since the commencement of his community outreach, adding that, “it has been all of excitement, energized patrons, love, and a determination to help with the “Break The 8” agenda.
He has expressed appreciation to the Yagbonwura for his words of wisdom and comfort.
